I want you to love your Neckstrings Jewelry purchase. Contact me within 5 days of delivery if you are not happy and we can figure something out.  
  1. Contact me as soon as you can for authorization. 
  2. Jewelry must be in original condition, unworn and in original packaging
  3. I  need order date and item description, Your Name, contact e-mail, telephone number, and reason for return.
  4. Custom Orders and Sale Orders cannot be returned
  5. Return item the same delivery method you received it by & within 5 days 
  6. I will issue a refund or an exchange less original shipping costs.
How do I mail back a return?
PLEASE use original packaging, a padded envelope, box, Fedex envelope, or a combination of these. Don’t put loose jewelry in a paper envelope: it will almost certainly tear & get lost in the mail system. Then we are both out of luck. Best to have a tracking number.  *Mail Return using same method as original order to:

- International addresses

***Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico would require custom shipping fee
When can i expect to receive my jewelry?
Because of the handmade nature of my designs it can take 2-5 days to get an order out. Depending on day of week and time of year this can be longer. You can usually depend on getting your order within 7-10 days though.
